SPELL is an optimizing compiler suite for C, C++ and Fortran. Based on LLVM, SPELL enhances cache locality, vectorization and inlining, as well as Fortran-specific and architecture-dependent optimizations.

SPELL is 24.6% and 13.0% faster than Ampere GCC for SPEC CPU2017 fprate and intrate, respectively.
